Waiver and Release of Liability for Ice Bath Therapy
By joining a class, you acknowledge that participating in ice bath therapy offered by 10 Degrees (the “Organization”) is at your own risk. You understand that immersion in cold water may pose a risk of injury or illness, including but not limited to hypothermia, shock, or cardiac arrest.
In consideration of your participation in the ice bath therapy offered by the Organisation, You hereby waive, release, and discharge any and all claims for damages or personal injury, including death, that may arise from my participation in the ice bath therapy. You agree to hold harmless the Organisation, its employees, and any other participants from any and all liability for any and all claims, including but not limited to those arising from negligence or other tortious conduct, that may arise from my participation in the ice bath therapy.
You acknowledge that you have been advised to consult with my physician before participating in ice bath therapy, and that you are solely responsible for ensuring that you are in good health and capable of participating in the ice bath therapy.
You agree that this waiver and release of liability is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by law. If any portion of this waiver and release of liability is held to be invalid, the remainder of the waiver and release shall continue in full force and effect.

Refunds, Bookings, Cancellations, and Rescheduling Policy
At 10 Degrees, we strive to provide the best possible experience for our clients. To ensure that we can accommodate everyone, we have established the following policy for refunds, bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling.
Bookings: To reserve your spot for an ice bath session, you must book in advance through our website or by contacting us directly. Walk-ins are not accepted.
Cancellations and Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule your ice bath session, please contact us at least 12 hours before your scheduled session. You may reschedule your session for a different time within 30 days, subject to availability. If you cancel your session less than 12 hours before your scheduled time, you will forfeit your payment.
Refunds: We do not offer refunds for ice bath sessions. If you cancel or reschedule your session at least 12 hours before your scheduled time, you may use your payment towards a future session within 30 days, subject to availability.
Late Arrivals: If you arrive late for your scheduled ice bath session, you will not be allowed to enter. Late arrivals disrupt the flow of our sessions and can impact the experience of other participants. We do not offer refunds or rescheduling for late arrivals.
By booking an ice bath session with us, you acknowledge and agree to these policies. We reserve the right to modify these policies at any time without prior notice.
