We prioritise your comfort and safety, guiding you towards a gradual immersion, with our facilitators providing continual support and encouragement. Before the cold plunge, we go through breathing techniques, ranging from deep breaths & specific breathing exercises to warm the body & mind up.

Next, we introduce you to the invigorating world of adapted cold shower. This segment complements the ice bath, further harnessing the transformative power of cold therapy. Guided by our professionals, you’ll learn to control your breath and mind as the cool water cascades, emerging with a newfound sense of resilience and calm(amongst many benefits that comes cold immersion). We provide thick, plush towels for use pre and post immersion. As you step out from our inflatable tub/ bath or shower, a warm towel awaits, easing your transition back to normal body temperature.
